151 TROOP WEEKLY DIARY – WEEK 8

This week consisted mainly of lectures and also improving our administration skills.  The week started with some good physical exercise sessions early on in the week.  This included a four mile run around the camp via the camp circuit route (everyone’s favourite).  But with every session we get fitter and the gym pass out test next week is looming.  The more preparation we do, the more we will be ready.  Along with the extra physical training sessions we had some important first aid lectures.  These had varied from basic first aid and CPR, onto how to effectively deal with battlefield casualties.  The bonds in the Troop are growing day by day as we overcome each obstacle together.  It is good to see the friendships forming and we hope these continue to grow as training progresses.  All in all it we have had very few tests or assessments this week but we have learnt a lot of important lessons that need to be performed properly.
